Digital Competences and Digital Transformation Training

Aimed for SMEs, academia or public institutions, the aim of this course is to provide an overview of the context, main features and trends of digital transformation, as well as a practical opportunity for participants to work on concrete digital transformation projects within their organisations.

Duration: 4 - 15 days, depending on the level of complexity required and certification needed.

Training of Trainers and Facilitators

The course is recommended for those who want to start a career in the field of professional training or specialized training as a trainer.

This course can also be useful for those who need to deliver workshops, facilitate meetings and give presentations in front of diverse audiences and will include aspects related to training design, delivery, management and evaluation.
