The European Meetings in Transylvania (EMT) are organized since 2010 by the French Embassy in Romania and the Cluj-Napoca branch of the French Institute in Romania. The meetings take place in the context of partnerships created with local authorities, universities, local associations and French and Romanian companies.
The 8th edition of 2018 took place on 14, 15 and 16 March 2018 in Cluj-Napoca and Alba Iulia. The European Meetings in Transylvania aimed to address, from the perspective of the challenges and opportunities for local communities, the theme of the sustainable city or “How do we make the transition to a more sustainable city?”.
Bianca Muntean, cluster manager Transilvania IT by ARIES T, was a speaker at the event, debating on the subject of “Digital and Energy Transition for the Benefit of a Sustainable City”.
