We want every member of the Transilvania IT team to know closely the services that our cluster can offer. It is important that TIT member companies know that they can call on us as needed and that we are open to helping or finding the necessary leverage to support them.

 

Training and know-how

​

One of the main pillars on which the activity of the cluster is based is the permanent concern regarding the improvement of the skills of the employees of our member companies.

 

Since its inception, we have started conducting training courses for professional development and soft skills.

 

With Digital Innovative Transilvania 2.0 coming to an end in May 2021, we are set to further upskill the competences of employees, preparing them for future jobs, improving their work performance, and increasing productivity. 

 

Partnerships and internationalization 

 

We continuously focus our attention on opportunities and events that are meant to boost the regional ecosystem, support startups and find new partners in order to develop projects. Moreover, we will continue to represent the best interests of the ecosystem at regional, national and European levels in the future. We aim to offer support and expertise in helping Cluster members expand to new markets by finding new international partners.

• Access to the largest demand and supply management platform for international cooperation in business, technology and research and development

 

• Organizing economic missions and international brokerage events

 

• Facilitating participation in brokerage events, economic missions and international fairs of modern and innovative equipment and technologies

 

Support to find investments

 

The “Funding Opportunities” service helps member companies to identify, disseminate and attract financial resources to ensure clear needs, such as: developing their own product / service, purchasing equipment and developing employee skills.

Communication for cluster members (visibility and information) 

 

We consider that it is very important that our members receive structured, clear and important information. Therefore, we consider that the monthly newsletter will be one of the most important tools used for information in the future. We have structured it into categories so that it is easy to read and comprehensive. At the same time, we invite our members to send us information they want to share with the Transilvania IT community, at ana.toth@transilvaniait.ro. Also, one of our objectives is to help to expose our members' achievements so we invite you to send us information that you want to publish on our social networks at laura.goarna@transilvaniait.ro We can also facilitate access for publication in various local, regional or national publications.

 

Personalized services

 

We are open to collaborate with our member companies, therefore we support them with events, communication or articles. Because we are a community, we want to support members to help them develop their capacity for innovation and more.

 

Representation at strategic and decisional level

Our work is focused on the local ecosystem, but we are involved in national and international working groups. We participate in events with a strong impact, where we are the voice of our members. We have contributed to the digitization strategy of Cluj-Napoca, together with our member companies and our city is among the six most innovative cities in Europe.

 

Networking opportunities

 

We organize and facilitate access to various matchmaking events internationally. The know-how and experience of Transilvania IT helps us to create connections at local, regional, national and international level.

 

Innovation services

 

1. Strategic innovation of the ecosystem and at the Cluster level

The main objective is to achieve the DIH strategy and to assume at regional and European level the KPIs that TDIH has. We intend to organize over five years of innovation experiments that ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology from the IT&C industry to other beneficiary industries and public administration.

2. Innovation of the portfolio of services and products offered by the cluster 

We can create collaborations, partnerships and we can offer know how transfer. We are open to discussions and we can adapt our services according to the requirements of our members

3. Innovative courses and skills training

Creating the content and format of the course + organizing courses for cluster members, but also for other SMEs from different industries and public administration on topics such as: digital transformation, digital innovation, digitization strategies.

4. Innovation of the portfolio of companies in the cluster based on digital transformation strategies

We aim to offer innovative services that support companies to develop their portfolio of products and services.
