The 5th edition of the Digital UP - Entrepreneurial Development for SMEs project took place in Cluj-Napoca and it was organized by the National Confederation for Female Entrepreneurship (CONAF) together with the Patronage of Female Entrepreneurs.
The main theme of the conference was digitalization, its implementation and the SMEs' need for assistance in this field, and the speakers included decision-makers from the Romanian Government, specialists, managers and representatives of big brands from Cluj and the country.
Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub was represented by Bianca Muntean, Cluster Manager Transilvania IT and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia, speaker at the event.
Bianca presented the activity and mission of the Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub, which is to provide support to SMEs and to mediate the relationship between digital service providers and their beneficiaries, to implement digitalization among small and medium-sized enterprises.
In this regard, Bianca called out for all actors in this field to join their efforts and work together for optimal results.

Among those who also spoke at the event were Mr. Marcel Boloș - Minister of Investments and European Projects, Mr. Marius Poșa - Undersecretary of State within the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization, and Mircea Abrudean - Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Romania.
Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub also participated in the first edition of Digital UP, in Constanța, and we were happy to be present at the edition held in Cluj-Napoca.
We thank CONAF for the invitation, we need as many such initiatives as possible to create dialogue and generate the best solutions for the development and evolution of Romanian enterprises!
