ANIS, the Employers' Association of the Software and Services Industry, organized on Tuesday, April 20, the seventh edition of the ANIS Gala.
During the event, the companies were awarded, respectively the projects that stood out during the previous year. Within the current edition, 51 projects were submitted, from 29 companies.
The members of the jury that nominated the winners of the sixth edition of the ANIS Gala are: Mihai Matei - President of ANIS, Ioana Epure - Editor-in-Chief Pressone, Mirela Gavra - Founder of The Diplomat, Bianca Muntean - Executive Director ARIES Transilvania, Andrei Pitiș - Founder and CEO Simple Capital, Răzvan Rughiniș - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Automatics and Computers, Polytechnic University of Bucharest and Dan Zaharia - Founder of Fab Lab Iași.
The R&D Project of the Year award was won by the QUBIZ Transilvania IT Cluster member company with the LIFELIGHT application. LIFELIGHT is a mobile application that reads your pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure and soon oxygen saturation in just 40 seconds of staring in the phone’s camera. The main purpose of the application is to convert every mobile phone or tablet into a medical self-monitoring device.
The Software Outsourcing Project of the Year award was won by SOFTECH, Transilvania IT member company, which has developed an integrated emergency alert system that automatically alerts decision makers and initiates the necessary steps for effective crisis management. Currently, the solution is implemented on the European market and is used by several companies, medical and state institutions.
