SEISMEC
SEISMEC demonstrates the concept of human-centricity across a wide array of industry sectors, scales and sociotechnical contexts in the EU.
By effectively empowering workers in the co-design and co-development of new technologies, we facilitate the journey towards a skills-driven and creativity-infused industrial landscape; one that is built around high-quality, sustainable jobs, and prioritises overall worker security and satisfaction.
ENERGENIUS
The ENERGENIUS project aims to accelerate the energy transition by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as gamification, AI-assisted learning, and advanced digital service models. By utilizing digital twin models and gamification techniques, the project focuses on optimizing energy consumption management and enhancing energy efficiency across multiple sectors.
Through collaboration with international partners, including those from Ukraine, ENERGENIUS seeks to develop accessible, citizen-focused digital solutions that will revolutionize the way energy is managed and conserved, driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.
COALIȚIA PENTRU DIALOG SOCIAL, OCUPARE ȘI FORMARE
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the modernization and strengthening of the capacity of 30 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the field of the labor market.
We provide resources, training, and technical assistance so that NGOs can play a key role in assessing and anticipating skill needs, delivering prompt and personalized support, and helping to align labor supply and demand, as well as facilitating transitions and mobility within the labor market.
NZC Blueprint for Net-Zero Apartment-block Neighbourhoods
In the context in which the transition to climate neutrality by 2030 is a must and considering that residential buildings account for 78.3% of the total GHG emissions in Cluj-Napoca, the NZC Blueprint for Net-Zero Apartment-block Neighbourhoods project brings an integrated and comprehensive set of solutions for apartment block neighborhoods.
EEN
Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) - the largest European network of information and advisory services for enterprises - whose main purpose is to support the economic growth of European companies by facilitating their access to information, financing and partnerships to develop their and expand business.
The network, of which Transilvania IT is also a member, brings together over 600 partner organizations from over 60 countries: chambers of commerce, development agencies, universities and other business support organizations.
FLAMENCO
The FLAMENCO project, an ERASMUS+ co-funded project, aims to analyze, identify and implement long-term approaches and methods for sustainable collaboration in the field of mobility of the automotive value chain ecosystem.
ZEROW
ZeroW is a €12 million EU project about systemic innovations for zero food waste, funded under the Green Deal call of the Horizon Programme 2020 (Grant Agreement no. 101036388). The project runs from 2022 to 2025 and is implemented in collaboration among 46 stakeholders from 17 countries.
Transilvania IT Cluster is coordinating the Systemic Innovation Living Lab (SILL1) together with ITC in Slovenia and AgroTransilvania Cluster. Our living lab focuses on the development of an open, data-driven platform for capturing and assessing FLW data throughout the supply chain.
GILL
Gendered Innovation Living Labs – GILL is an EU-funded project addressing gender and diversity blindness. Counting on a consortium of 17 partners from 10 different countries, the project focuses on enabling organisational and cultural changes, enhancing professional development, increasing the integration of gender and diversity into product design, technologies, and innovation, and allowing gendered educational practices in the domains: Health and resilience, Green transition and Digital transformation.
DS2
DS2, a new project funded by the European Commission (+7M EUR), is on a mission to break down industry silos and unlock collaborative innovation by revolutionising cross-sector data sharing. Led by VTT, the technical research centre of Finland, the project brings together researchers, developers and policy makers to create a standardised solution for sharing complex data between industries seamlessly and responsibly.
AI PRISM
AI-PRISM (human-centred AI-based solutions for manufacturing sector) is a project that tests employee-centred AI solutions in manufacturing. Transilvania IT Cluster in this project has the role of managing the AI-PRISM platform through which SMEs in the European space will have access to AI components and solutions for human-centered production.
SHINE
The SHINE project aims to enhance higher education, particularly in the field of mechatronics, by developing and implementing an innovative teaching methodology called U-TEAM. With a consortium of eight organizations from five European countries, including universities, IT clusters, and an entrepreneurship institute, SHINE promotes collaboration and the exchange of best practices, supporting the internationalization of education and research.

4.0 Digital Innovative Transilvania
The project aims to empower the workforce with the necessary skills to adapt to market changes and foster innovation, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness of the involved businesses and contributing to regional economic growth and development.
DIH^2
DIH^2 - the largest network of DIHs specialized in the field of robotics marked the finality of its activities in June 2023.
BOWI
The BOWI - Boosting and Widening Digital Innovation Hubs project reached the end of its planned activities in mid-2023, and culminated with the final event that took place in Cluj-Napoca on June 13. Since January 2020, this project has strengthened the capacity of The European Digital Innovation Hub in Transylvania and created new collaborations for it with partners from over 15 countries.
BODY&SOUL HEALTH EDUCATION
The BODY&SOUL HEALTH EDUCATION project is a project financed by SEE Grants 2014-2021 and is implemented by the WELLO Association in partnership with Transilvania IT Cluster. The aim of the project is to provide integrated health services to support vulnerable people. The project addresses 4 important themes, focused on supporting teenagers both through offline interactions in schools and with the help of a platform.
SPIRE
SPIRE had the ambition to start a long-term environmental, social and economic restructuring in Baia Mare, facilitating its transition from the ex-mining capital of Romania to a leader in environmental design and production.
The purpose of this project was to experiment, test and implement creative, innovative, visionary, sustainable development solutions in terms of sustainable land use, nature-based solutions
EUHubs4Data
The European federation of Data Driven Innovation Hubs aims to consolidate as the European reference for data driven innovation and experimentation, fostering collaboration between data driven initiatives in Europe, federating solutions in a global common catalogue of data services, and sharing data in a cross-border and cross-sector basis.
With the objective of serving as reference to the establishment of the Common European Data Spaces, the federation is initially composed of 12 DIHs, covering 10 countries and 12 different regions.
2023: Cluj Innovation Year
2023: Cluj Innovation Year is a multisectoral program with the sole purpose to support the sustainability and innovation development of the Romanian business ecosystem.
The program will include workshops, training sessions, study visit, good practice sharing events, networking & matchmaking sessions, Innovation Camp, all dedicated to support Romanian companies in the fields of Digital Health, ICT and Industry 4.0 to increase their competitiveness, resilience and to extend into international markets.
BOOST
Project BOOST is a collaborative effort among six organizations from five European countries - Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia and Spain, aimed at boosting collaboration in the fields of Industry 4.0, Cleantech and Green Transition, Health & Well-being, and ICT & Digital Transformation.
The main objective of project BOOST is to increase the efficiency of interregional collaboration among partners and their respective regional innovation ecosystems.
Through the DIH4AI project, Transilvania IT Cluster managed to attract a non-reimbursable funding, together with the member company Holisun, in the amount of EUR 100,000, for the development of an intelligent chatbot using Artificial Intelligence, dedicated to the interaction of citizens with local administrations in Romania - SCALE.
DIHsP4_Medicine
Digital Innovation Hubs working for activating P4 Paradigm (Preventive, Personalized, Predictive and Participatory) in Medicine is working for building a Joint Action Plan which will encourage the collaboration among the Digital Innovation Hubs across Europe which will ensure the development and adoption of P4 Paradigm in Medicine.
