Smart by Design has started in Q4 of 2019, as a strategic partnership among universities, clusters and management organizations from Romania, Bulgaria, Spain and Netherlands focused on creating relevant support materials for SMEs interested in developing smart city solutions.

About Smart by Design
The aim of the project is to develop the competences of SME managers and owners to drive smart disruptive technology business. The duration of the project is 2 years, starting in October 2019.

Transilvania IT Cluster / ARIES Transilvania Contribution
